We received the samples last Wednesday and have been tasting them at every opportunity. I've purchased traditional teas from dozens of higher-end tea shops specialty importers, internet wholesalers, and distributors in Yunnan and Hong Kong. In those experiences I've tried some truly exceptional teas as well as having numerous disappointments. I've come to expect certainly levels of quality from certain types of sources, and internet tea distributors have rarely scored high on my lists. Your price list and somewhat modest selection of traditional teas led me to expect good to very good tea at reasonable prices for their quality.
Similar businesses have sold us mediocre tea at somewhat overpriced rates, so I have learned to be skeptical of any new tea source. I was *not* expecting tea that compared nearly on par with the highest-grade varieties I've ever tasted and running at many times your cost. It's difficult to impress me as much as you have -- your samples have successfully blown me away! So far I've sampled seven of the eleven teas you sent and all of them have received enthusiastic thumbs up from myself and my tasters. I'm going to have trouble selecting which varieties to choose for my first order!

Please set up my wholesale account.  I'd very much like to place our first selection in the next week or two.
So far we're at seven for seven!  We should have the final five teas
tasted in the next 24 hours (with breaks in between to guarantee a clean palate).  We're confident enough in the quality of your teas to order new varieties untasted without hesitation. Thank you again for the samples! Laurie 7-08

Today I had brunch at the St. Louis Art Museum and requested a hot cup of tea with my brunch. The server brought me a packgae of Earl Grey Creme by Art of Tea. It was delicous. I usally put alot of lemon in my tea, but your tea was so good that I did not want to mask the flavor with lemon. I was so impressed, that I went to your website with the sole purpose of buying Earl Grey Cream tea.

genius of tea making was (and how nice it was to speak to someone who was passionate about something good for the planet and visibly LOVED what they did) ... I served the little round balls that "bloom" when they steep to my parents (who travel to Paris and Vienna all the time) and they LOVED it.. absolutely beautiful!!

I had the most delicious dessert tea at a restaurant in Las Vegas titled Chocolate Monkey. I was told that I was able to purchase this blend by the manager online. When browsing through the selection I did not see this blend. Is the wonderful choclate flavored concotions avaiable or is it possible to have it custom blended. Thank you for your time.

My name is Sara and I met Steve Schwartz and his very sweet colleague (can remember his name) last night at "Art International" in Santa Monica and tasted the 3 wonderful teas they were serving. I loved the last tea I tasted and wanted to purchase it but I didn\'t catch the tea\'s name. I\'m wondering if Steve can ask his friend (who was serving me the teas) - what the name of the last tea was. I tasted 3 teas and I know it wasnt the tea that expanded into a flower, nor was it the Rooibos tea from Africa, it was the third one. Sorry to be so vague!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank your company for
putting together some AWESOME teas. I have tried the French ginger, honeybush, The Garden of Eden as well as several others and I must say they are all amazing. Each blend has a wonderful, unique taste all its own.
I originally started drinking your tea as an evening snack instead of
buttered popcorn or fudge dipped ice cream and now I prefer a hot cup of tea to them. Anyway, keep up the good work and I look forward to trying more of your teas.
