Q: Can I get a discount?
A: No coupons or discount codes apply to any Tea of the Month Subscription purchases. Additionally, gift cards cannot be used to purchase Tea of the Month programs.
Q: I don't live in the US or Canada, can I still receive Tea of the Month?
A: Unfortunately, our tea subscription is currently for US & Canada Residents Only.
Q: I ordered a subscription last week and haven't received anything, where is my order?
A: All club memberships are shipped in the latter half of each month, typically around the 3rd week. Additionally, all orders received after the 12th of the month will begin shipping the following month.
Q: Can my tea subscription be shipped via UPS?
A: At this time, Tea of the Month orders ship via US Mail only.
Q: I need a shipping notification, is that possible?
A: At this time, electronic shipping notifications are not available for Tea of the Month Club.
Q: Can I add a Tea of the Month order onto my tea order I plan to place?
A: You may not order any other products along with Tea of the Month. Additional items must be purchased on a separate order.
Q: Can I make a substitution to what I receive in my tea subscription?
A: At this time we do not accept any substitutions. The tea selection is based on availability and is subject to change without notice
