Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve implemented stringent social distancing measures at our warehouse. As a result, we have fewer people working for fewer hours at a time which may cause delays in shipping out orders. At Art of Tea, the health and well-being of our team is always a top priority. 

Additionally, USPS has been known to experience shipping delays and tracking information inconsistencies, especially during peak season. As a result, we ask that you please allow 12-14 business days for your package to arrive during the holidays. We are shipping out your recent order as quickly as possible but unfortunately do not have control over current courier delivery delays.

Finally, we will be automatically enrolling all orders in Route Package Protection. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for Art of Tea shipments and orders to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise. You may opt-out of Route, but please note that if you do so, Art of Tea is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
