Grade A or Ceremonial?
Grade A comes from China and is made for mixing into lattes, smoothies and recipes. Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha comes from Japan, from three shade grown varietals, and is made for whisking with water and drinking on its own, though it also makes a lovely latte. Explore our full matcha collection.
